Àll tuition fees and charges are due to be paid in Cyprus Pounds or Euros. International students may use any convertible foreign currency for their payments. However, their account will be credited with the equivalent amount in Cyprus Pounds or Euros depending on the official rate of exchange of the day on which the transaction takes place. Payments are net of commission and charges.
Application fees, admission expenses and registration fees are non-refundable.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Àll financial information and the payment schedule are communicated to students in the Letter of Acceptance and before any payment is made by them.

WITHDRAWAL - REFUND OF FEES
In case of withdrawal for any reason, any fees paid to the College are not refundable.
Money paid to the College is refundable only in the case that the College fails to obtain à visa for the student and PROVIDED the student submitted àll the documents required and these documents were considered satisfactory by the Cyprus Ministry of Education and the Immigration Authorities.
WITHDRAWAL NOTICE
When à local or international student officially withdraws from the College, it is his responsibility to file à withdrawal notice at the office of Admissions.
If à student has filed à withdrawal notice at the end of the first semester of his studies, the College reserves the right to charge an administration fee to be determined by the College, from time to time, for processing the withdrawal notice.
